Mentoring Logic was built by business improvement consultants with years of hands-on experience across construction and manufacturing environments, and the office-based operations that keep them running.
Over that time, we saw the same story play out again and again in small businesses: hardworking teams doing their best, but held back by processes that hadn't kept up bottlenecks on the floor, admin that took longer than it should, and business owners with too much on their plate and not enough time in the day.
